Who We Are

Harmonia Tile & Stone is a licensed and insured tile contractor serving Tampa Bay homeowners from our base in Land O’ Lakes, Florida. We work on homes, and our focus is simple: floors, walls, showers and outdoor surfaces that are installed the right way and look good for a long time.

Tile is the heart of what we do. Most of our days are spent installing porcelain and ceramic tile in kitchens, living areas, bathrooms and showers. Porcelain absorbs less water than standard ceramic, so it is a strong choice for wet rooms and for the humidity we live with in Florida. Ceramic still has its place, and we help you decide which one fits each room.

What We Install

Beyond Tile Installation, we install Hardwood Flooring, Pavers and Travertine & Marble. Each material asks for something different. Solid wood needs time to acclimate to Florida humidity before it goes down. Marble needs a sealer to resist stains. Travertine stays cooler under the sun than many other surfaces, which is why people like it around pools. Pavers need a compacted base and polymeric sand in the joints so they stay flat and tight.

We also take on a full Bathroom Remodel. That means the whole room, not just the floor: the shower, the waterproofing behind the tile, the shower pan, the walls and the finish work. When the waterproofing is done well, the tile you see has a much better chance of lasting.

Why One Crew for All of It Helps You

Many home projects touch more than one surface. A bathroom remodel might need new floor tile, a tiled shower and a marble vanity area. A kitchen might run tile into a hallway that meets hardwood. A back patio might mix pavers with travertine near the pool.

When one team handles all of it, you have one point of contact, one schedule and one person to ask when a question comes up. Transitions between materials get planned from the start instead of being fixed at the end. Nobody has to wait for a different trade to show up before the next step can begin. For a homeowner, that usually means fewer surprises and a cleaner result.

How a Job Goes, From First Call to Walkthrough

It starts when you call or text us at (813) 446-2830. Tell us what you have in mind, and send photos if you can. We then set up a visit to see the space in person.

At the visit, we measure, look at the subfloor or base, and talk through materials and layout. After that, you get a quote that spells out the scope and the price before any work starts. If something changes along the way, we talk about it with you first.

Once you approve the quote, we schedule the installation. The timeline depends on the scope, and you know it before we begin. During the work, we protect the areas around us and keep the site as tidy as a job site can be. When installation is done, we clean up. Then we do a walkthrough with you, room by room, so you can see the finished work and ask anything you want before we call the job complete.

Licensed, Insured and Local

Harmonia Tile & Stone is licensed and insured. Anyone hiring a contractor in Florida can confirm a license on the state’s own site, the DBPR licensee search, and we encourage you to check ours before the work starts. We are based in Land O’ Lakes, in Pasco County, and we work across Tampa Bay, including Tampa, Land O’ Lakes, Wesley Chapel, Lutz, Odessa, Brandon, Clearwater, Palm Harbor, Spring Hill, Brooksville, New Port Richey, Trinity, Tarpon Springs, Oldsmar, Dunedin, Carrollwood, Riverview, Zephyrhills, Hudson, Port Richey and Hernando Beach.

Because we work in this climate every day, we plan for it. Humidity, heat, strong sun and salt air near the coast all affect how materials behave, and we choose installation methods with that in mind.
